1. Art Commissions
All artworks are custom-made by hand based on the reference photos and instructions provided by the client. Due to the handmade nature of the product, slight variations and artistic interpretation are part of the process and do not constitute a defect.
2. Reference Photos
The client is responsible for providing clear, high-resolution reference photos. If the provided photos are of insufficient quality to produce a satisfactory portrait, the artist reserves the right to request better photos or cancel the commission (with a full refund of any advance paid).
3. Payment Terms
Commissions require either a 100% full payment or a 50% advance payment to secure a spot in the artist's queue. If the 50% advance option is chosen, the remaining 50% balance must be paid prior to or upon delivery (Cash on Delivery).
4. Copyright & Usage
The artist (Lucky Saini) retains the copyright to all artworks produced. The client receives the physical original artwork for personal display. The artwork may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without the artist's written consent.
5. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time is 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity and the current queue. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. We will communicate any significant delays.
