Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

We ship custom portraits across India. All artworks are carefully packaged in rigid, weather-resistant materials to ensure they arrive in pristine condition.

• Dispatch Time: Once the portrait is completed (usually 2-4 weeks from order), it will be dispatched within 2 business days.
• Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days depending on your location in India.
• Shipping Costs: Standard shipping within India is included in the portrait price. Expedited shipping may be available upon request for an additional fee.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Cancellation Policy

Because each portrait is a custom piece of art, our cancellation policy is strictly time-bound:

• Within 24 hours of placing the order: Full refund of the advance/full amount paid.
• After 24 hours (Once work has commenced): The 50% advance payment becomes non-refundable to cover the cost of materials and the artist's time. If you paid 100% upfront, you will receive a 50% refund.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the highly personalized and custom nature of our hand-drawn portraits, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the artwork has been completed and shipped.

However, we ensure customer satisfaction by sending a digital preview of the artwork for your approval before it is shipped. Minor adjustments can be requested at this stage.

Damage in Transit: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@kalaroop.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and artwork. We will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution.
